Directions:
Peel turmeric and wash it. Then, slice it. Use a grinder or blender to grind the sliced turmeric.

Ingredients:

¼ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs

1. Combine flour and baking powder, set aside.
2. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until light-coloured.
3. Stir in the flour and baking powder mixture.
4. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased and
floured baking sheet. Set aside in a room temperature for 6 hours.
5. Bake at 350°F for 6 minutes.
6. Remove from baking sheet to a wire rack to cool.
